Property at 11 Wave Street, Mermaid Beach did receive a bid from the floor of $1.4mil but was rejected by the auctioneer and so recorded zero bids – bizarre!
5 bed/3 bath/3 car house at 72 The Pinnacle, Worongary which was a mortgagee in possession kicked off at $800k with a couple of bidders in the room but finally passing in for $1.1mil with a vendors bid

20 of the 25 properties passed in; 2 of them with vendors bids and 4 with zero bids
